The summer of 2020 will go down in history as one of the craziest of all-time. In the wake of a global pandemic, we’ve seen quarantines, isolation, and shortages of everything from toilet paper to personal protection equipment (like masks and gloves). We’ve learned how to hold meetings and even conventions, where the attendees are at home in front of a computer. We’ve bravely adjusted to what has become (at least for now) the new normal.
Kudos to us!
While most of the outside world has been in a whirl, we here at Successware have had some great successes that we’re excited to tell you about!
First, in early March we re-launched our Successware website. With it, we transitioned our name from Successware21 to just Successware. We’ve also added a new look and a new logo! Our new site features videos of Rohrer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, a franchisee in Lancaster, PA. Watch the videos to hear first-hand how they’ve used Successware to grow their business.
Second, in June, we were excited to launch our new app, Successware Mobile! We listened to what you, our customers, had to say and created an application that features an informative and easy-to-use Technician Dashboard; a detailed Customer Record with job history; a new photo, video, and document library organized by job; and much more!
Then, in July, our team successfully converted more than, 4,000 technicians to Successware Mobile! We also launched more technology integrations that help you meet your customer’s needs. For example, Schedule Engine gives your customers a link into Successware so they can schedule appointments directly with you, giving your office staff more time to focus on growing your business.

Finally, we can’t talk about everything we’ve accomplished without mentioning our team of dedicated professionals. We now have more than 60 people on our team working hard to make Successware better for you!
It’s been a very busy summer. We are excited to see what fall brings!
