Successware Attends Service World Expo 2021

Successware had the pleasure of attending and exhibiting at Service World Expo last week. The show was hosted at the Kentucky International Convention Center, right in the heart of downtown Louisville. Attendees were able to attend sessions on leadership development, enhanced training, effective recruitment, finance options, and a new mid-management track.

Service World Expo lasted four days with a theme of “off to the races.” The event featured an exhibit hall, keynotes, workshops, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. Successware was one of about 150 exhibitors, and we had the opportunity to talk with many current and prospective customers.

At our booth, not only were we able to chat with visitors about Successware Office and Mobile, we were excited to talk about our Success Tools by Successware. At SWE, we announced that Successware Track had launched. Track is a field tool designed for helpers and apprentices who are not revenue-generating employees. Successware Track features timecard management and geolocation capabilities.

Successware was also excited to host a breakout session on Friday, September 24, focused on “Collecting, Protecting, and Converting: Building Revenue with Data,” featuring our Innovation and Solutions Manager, Uriah Matthews. This talk detailed the importance of data collection and how it can be used in marketing efforts, to gain and retain customers, and build revenue.

We enjoyed attending Service World Expo 2021 and are eagerly awaiting seeing everyone next year in Tampa!
