Successware Payments: Turning Up the Heat on Efficiency for Turners Service Company

Turners Service Company has been serving the Manassas, VA area for more than 30 years. They specialize in HVAC and do a little bit of plumbing and electrical work as well. They have been a loyal Successware customer since 2001 and recently made the switch to Successware Payments, our in-house payments processor.

“There are several features I really like – seeing the customer’s name alongside the last four digits of the card and comparing transactions on the bank statement to the Successware statement is a lot easier. The reconciliation process is also very smooth,” Lisa Turner, Owner and Chief Financial Officer at Turners Service Company shared.

The process of moving from her old payments processing company to Successware Payments was very smooth, and onboarding only took a few weeks. “It took about two weeks to get our data from our old company into Successware Payments. I just had to fill out some paperwork, and the Payments team handled the rest,” Lisa shared.

She then had an hour onboarding session to learn the new platform. Lisa said, “The Successware Payments team was great! They walked me through and explained everything. I had a few questions once it was implemented, and the Payments team was on it.”

Overall, Lisa is extremely happy with the transition. She said the reporting tool is awesome and easy to use, and she loves how fast it is to go in and reconcile payments now. The reconciliation process is a lot faster compared to her previous payment platform.

“The team was great and made it very smooth and easy to do. If I have any questions, they are quick to respond.
